The Women’s Global Leadership Conference is the largest conference in the world for women in the energy industry, bringing together leading independent and national oil companies, equipment and service companies and other organizations serving the industry. It is also the only conference that brings together women across the entire upstream, midstream and downstream energy value chain to discuss both professional development and energy industry issues that affect them and their companies. This conference addresses issues on a global scale that are relevant to the women in the industry all over the world, with speakers, sponsors and attendees from all important regional energy hubs. |
| On November 13 and 14, Gulf Publishing Company will host in Houston over 1,000 businesswomen, executives and industry leaders from top energy companies worldwide for the Fourth Annual Women's Global Leadership Conference in Energy & Technology. Gulf Publishing has announce that the fifth installment of the “Women's Global Leadership Conference in Energy & Technology” will take place May 24, 2009 in Dubai.
This two-day event is devoted exclusively to providing a forum for women in the energy industry to discuss key business and economic issues and gather insight from world leaders in energy, government, politics and academia. These discussions will center on issues ranging from responsible stewardship to professional development strategies. Some of the topics to be discussed include alternative energy, national oil companies in the global energy marketplace, Wall Street and the industry, and the demand for energy versus the environment. |
