The response: Mobile Applications.  As a solution to make our life easy and resolve faster our day-to-day operation process apps have become the new “tools” for many of us.

PayPal

This app is very helpful for entrepreneurs.   The app allows you to check your PayPal balance, withdraw funds, request money, and sends and received money to customers, friends and family anytime, anywhere. 

But now this iPhone app will allow you send money or transfer fund to other cell phone just “bumping” both cell.  The “Paypal Bump” feature passes contacts when iPhones touch, without going through a "send to email address" process.  Definitly this it’s easier than going to the ATM to withdraw cash, writing checks, and sending payments the traditional way. 

What is coming? Starbucks Card Mobile

Starbucks is an important part of America Entrepreneurial Spirit.  More meetings take place in Starbucks around the country than in any Chamber of Commerce, and they know that.  Concurrently they are testing a mobile payment feature in the west coast, the “Card Mobile”.   The app will allow you to check your balance, reload your card, and view transactions.

The app, that is only available for iPhone and iPod Touch, will display a barcode that you use just like your Starbucks Card to make purchases. 

iPhone or Blackberry?  The standardization of application…

Not all the apps are available for all the phones.  Some apps are just for Blackberry and other are just available for iPhone.  Maybe someday in the future they will made all the apps compatible, as many years ago they standardized all the containers worldwide!

Enables the ability to create expense reports and synchronize with Salesforce CRM from salesforce.com. Every task associated with creating expense reports has been addressed and simplified, such as using iPhone’s camera to capture receipts and attach them to the expense record.

CashFlow

A cash management app that allow you to manage your daily cash income/outgo, and can fix balance with simple operation. You can input description of transaction from history, much less keyboard operation.  The transaction data can be exported with CSV/OFX format via e-mail.

HandyLogs Money

This app is very useful to get your expenses and car mileage reimbursements.  The app works everywhere, even when there is no signal on your phone. Do not need internet connection.  Pay a monthly fee, but don’t need a contract.
