The “role” of the OSDBU is to create a “process” that allows you “access” to those (DHS or other agency individuals) that are looking for the types of products, goods and services that you have to offer. There are (actually) four aspects to doing business it has “probably” never been explained quite like this before and those four are:

The (overall) DHS/OSDBU “program” is centered on a “process” created, which has nothing to do with the buys that are made at the 8 completely autonomous & decentralized “buying-activities” which comprise the Department of Homeland Security!  The presentation is an explanation of the “role” of the DHS/OSDBU that could “actually” be said for “any-&-all” of the OSDBU’s, (in the country).
